1. Reservations & Dining Policies

• Reservations are subject to availability and may be required for certain events or large groups.
• Walk-in guests are welcome, but seating is not guaranteed.
• A reservation may be canceled if the guest does not arrive within a reasonable time after the scheduled booking.

2. Payment & Billing

• We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges where applicable.
• Any disputes regarding billing must be reported immediately.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Reservation cancellations should be made in advance.
• Refund policies apply to prepaid bookings and events and will be processed as per the restaurant’s discretion.
• No-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposits.

4. Food & Beverage Policy

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• We accommodate dietary preferences and allergies upon request, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age, and valid identification may be required.

5. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior. Any misconduct, including disruptive or disrespectful behavior, may result in denial of service.
• The restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Liability & Indemnity

• 3 Palms Restaurant & Bar is not responsible for any personal injuries, allergic reactions, or damages arising from food consumption or use of the premises.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold the restaurant, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities.

7. Franchise & Business Inquiries

• Franchise agreements are governed by separate contracts with specific terms and conditions.

• These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
